Well i am due to launch a site this week and wouldnt mind some cheap links.Dont need any PR or anything not much trafic either just after some cheap easy links.

is there any approximate budget per link, for a month or a year, how are you actually buying ?
also any sector specific ?

Hmm, that is a tricky one but i did hear Matt Cutts talk about their paid link detection algorithm so it does exist!

Not for all , there are some good website where you can buy like yahoo directory, some list of directory critic because they have less OBL.
