Always focus on the customer and talk about how your product or service will benefit them rather than talking more about the product or service itself.
Use words like You and Your, rather than our and we.

1. By Advertising.
2. Give a free gift.

That depends on the type of product and the price. If it is cheap then you can start doing reviews of it.

give them a reason to come back for more (i.e. opt-in). After that,
make them feel important (which they are), and give them offers and
opportunities that they would be "Crazy" to pass on. But, be sure to
deliver much more that the customer expects.

  • Give an incentive to your clients. I think this perfectly works. Instant discount on sign up attracts visitors to turn a customer.
  • Do not annoy your customers as chances are more to leave your site. Engage customers by thoroughly reading their behavior with Google analytic.
  • Ensure that your website is fast and quick.
