I have a question, Can I post same article in more than one article submission site? As by nature I am not a Content writer, I hired someone to write, its really difficult for me to afford for unique content.

For your site benefit never do that. If before it was a bit okay, I don't think it will work now. You won't go places by doing such double posting of the same articles.

You can post the same article for any site but the content remarks will be copied or duplicate content by article sites. Posting same content on more sites may also get you penalized.
