Default Too many H1 Tags

Hello friends,

If a webpage contain multiple H1 tag, can it effect in terms of SEO

It really depends. If your site is not HTML5, you should follow the rule of "one H1 heading per page" but if your website is coded in HTML5, it is safe to have more than one H1 heading, depending how you choose to use them.

Yes, you should reduce to only 1 h1. 2 h2 and some h3 to make a perfect onpage for SEO

Yes, too many header tags are not potential for web pages.
