Yes i think google's hate has increased for new websites, as they are not ranking well in search engine, newbies are struggling a lot, and they are unable to rank their websites. Things have become more difficult now.

New Websites are not trusted by Google search engines as compare to older domains which are trusted for authoritative & high quality content. New domains will always have a "proving period" before they have a shot at organic visibility in Google search engines.

The Google Sandbox Effect is a theory used to explain why newly-registered domains or domains with frequent ownership changes rank poorly in Google Search Engine Results Pages (SERPS). In other words new websites are put into a ***8220;sandbox***8221; or a holding area and have their search ratings on hold until they can prove worthy of ranking.
