Default Any Raw Foodist here?

I have been very interested in Raw Food, and how it can sustain one person..how to make a meal plan without getting bored.

I heard great feedback on this diet.

Have recently heard some noise about a raw food diet......not much else...

Some things just do not tast good raw.......raw bar-b-q....yuck...
Raw oysters....yummy.....

I think it would be inconvient...even more so for a two person household if only one person was on the diet....

I know the benefits of eating raw it really does make you feel great.

i've always mixed raw food with cooked food i think it is the best balance for where i live which is a cold climate a lot of the year.

I'm a cacao bean freak but taking a break at the moment, they really turn the on switch for your brain - they are basically raw chocolate beans, you get them in big bags but they are pricey compared to the broken up nibs. David Wolfe has some videos on it and a book.

Another good one is coconut water, if you can find a good brand like zico (sold out until august) vita coco is ok as well.

Those are my two favourites, i drink white tea all the time as well.

Sauerkraut is a great raw food, loads of enzymes..nice with anything.

I didn't see this thread earlier, too busy checking new users to see if they are spamming :-)

Yeah it is indeed a good diet to take but I still prefer real foods such as steaks but I am thinking about it now to try this raw food mania.
