There are also different approaches to time and attendance system. First to consider is what device you are going to use like manually, punch clock, biometric, and etc. For a company I think it would be more secure if you just use biometric like finger print and retina. This way all employees can log in at the exact time they arrive. Another is for how many employees will you desire to track time and attendance. If you have a large amount of employee to track time in you should have many devices to use. There are also different approaches to monitoring like computer monitoring which monitor all computer activities of employees during working hours. Now you have the presence of mind that your employees are working perfectly not just spending time on unrelated to work activities.
