Default Do you let your toddlers sleep beside you?

Do you allows your kids to sleep beside you, do you find this as a bonding time with them as they grow up..Or do you make them go to their own beds?

Did when My first daughter was born......40+ years ago....we went for the bonding idea....
But when it became time for her to sleep in her own bed, we had a hard time with it....
She would sneak into our bed in the middle of the night.....

Finally had to lock her in her room....that only lasted two night and she learned.....
Really hard hearing you little girl cry like that.....

Many children later ....did not do that again.....

Yes, for me it's my way to get close to my kids. In that way we can talk together about school, friends and his/her likes. But when they turned at the age of 10 i will let them sleep on their own bedrooms.

Funnny because the average american family has them sleep in their own bed but almost every other culture sleeps with them.
