It's been a long and trying 8 years in the US, but finally a new era is about to begin for us.
The American people have spoken, and we have spoken loud and strong about a desire for change.
I'm curious to see other's opinions on what the key to winning the election was for President Elect Obama. I know I have my views, and of course I plan to share them

but I would really like to discuss with others too, see what you think were the key points to this election.
I think there were a few keys to this election.
1. - Obama's campaign worked their tails off to target young voters and first time voters.
2. - Bad choice by the GOP in selecting Sarah Palin as VP candidate.
3. - Republican "smear" campaign, folks are tired of bashing. The bashing that went on did more harm than good I believe.
What do you think ?
