I am running a PPC campaign and also doing SEO of a website, so please let me know, Can PPC Campaign effect SEO Results ?????

Personally I don't think so, PPC is helpful for SEO. But If you are using PPC then you can get more traffic.

PPC and organic search are two different things...so no.

The only difference is that you are spending money on PPC as regards to SEO, where it's all organic and free traffic.

Why it will even hurt? You paid and driving traffic to your site. It's direct traffic, you are getting no backlinks from it, so you're safe.
