Panda update is designed to reduce rankings for low-quality sites:

- sites that copy content from other websites or
- sites that are just not very useful or
- sites with poor user experience

Google Panda is a new update of Google. It count unique and quality content for increase the ranking, traffic and Page rank of your website. If you use low quality content means duplicate content, irrelevant content.. etc, then you will get unexpected results like high drop in ranking, high drop in traffic, site ban, site penalty.. etc so you will use unique, relevant and quality content in every activity related to your website for increase the ranking, traffic and Page rank.

Hello,
Google Panda is the new Google algorithm that was released on February 24. The reason for its release was to give priority to websites with proper content, and penalize all those that use duplicate content, and link farms, which are those full of links to other websites.
Google’s Panda update is aimed at low quality sites like content farms.
Google is running a new Panda update every four to seven weeks. If your site gets slapped by the Panda then you are going to have to wait for the next update to find out if any changes you’ve made will get the Panda off your back.

As everyone should have a concern to a point, Panda or any other updates to Google Algo should not be a concern to anyone if you are building your links ethically, have great content on your site, add content to your site, and keep building links manually, that is what Google wants you to do, and the updates are to combat the unethical means to gain rankings in the search engines.

Google panda is an index algorithm for google sites, it mainly design for allocate the high index to high quality sites and low for low quality site. It also stops the content copying from one site to another site because it highly affect on duplicate content site, site will lost whole traffic because google panda throws it in low index.

haha... Doom? I woundn't approve or deny that but my advice, just learn how to feed the panda cos it gets very angry when it's hungry.
