Which one is best Do follow or High Pr

I am using seo technique last 1 years i need help if i use one do follow sites not follow pr is best or better high pr sites.
if i start at same time same keyword same competition which is get up top ten in search engine any one tell me.

You will liekly need to work on both sectors in the appropriate way depending on what PR and news you have to release PR about.

However, the do follow sites are pretty important and (in my opinion) more important than PR, however other opinions might be different.

There actually is no such thing a do follow, only plain text links, and nofollow links which Google came out with the tag in 2005 to combat spam for site/blog owners and not to deplete their page rank.

Your best bet is to keep building links back to your site.

You need both kinds of links......
Whatever "follow" people want to call them......

Google apparently sees a mix as "natural"........

In SEO PR and do follow sites are both important in increasing traffic. In my opinion, it is better to use both because it is the best practice to drive traffic on your and have a high indexing in search engine. And SEO specialist thinks first on it before doing any techniques or submission.

Both do follow and no follow links are better than just one or the other. Some people avoid no follow links as they feel they have less value. Google prefer to see both as this makes it appear more natural.

Regarding High page rank. Don't worry at all about your PR, aim to get targeted traffic to your blog or website instead. If you succeed in gaining traffic then you will probably increase your page rank as a result anyway.

Hi guys do-follow links is good but it should have PR at least 1. Without PR do-follow link is less effective for search engine optimization. So, I will go for Do-follow with High PR.
