Google Penalty!

Hi guys i have a website which is finance related. It's position was well on Google. but suddenly the landing for all my keyword changed and ranking dropped. What may be it's reason? My website is<Removed link>. Plz. check it and give me suggestion. Is is banned by Google or some other reason?

If it were banned by Google ...it would not show in a search....at any position....

Why don't you use a service to see if your site has been de-indexed? Also, take a look at the site you may have links pointing to your site, if they have been de-indexed this could affect your site particularly if you have an anchor text keyword on the de-indexed site.

As bravo suggests, there are several things you can check to see if you have been penalised.

I would start with page errors, recent site changes etc. After that I would be looking at content, back links and other reasons.
