For Page Rank, then you should know about link building, link building role, because it is backward linkages.

I could agree with that, however the company made reference too used link wheels and they are using blogger as one of their web 2.0 properties, and since Google owns blogger you would think this would be an easy red flag for them to catch? Seems logical to me?

directory
social bookmarking
press release
articles
blog posting
blog commenting
classified
as well forums too.

I am not sure why you want to add even more strategies to your plan when you are already doing so much (volume). In fact I would strongly suggest you shorten your list not add to it. Pick a maximum of 3 techniques from your list (or from the other suggestions) and put all your efforts into getting as much from them as you can. If you try a huge list of stuff all at once you will simply dilute your efforts and you will probably come to the conclusion that none of them work as well as you hoped, and then you will always be on the look out for the one magic solution.

Very good tips that will help people like me. It would better if you make a new post on how to make blog or web site comments, how to directory submission, how to do article submission. I mean, most of the newbie are needed to learn how to do those.

A quality links may be from a directory, bookmark or from any page. The quality link is determined by some factors. The page giving you link should
1. not have many outbound links
2. have a good page rank
3. have quality backlink itself.
4. the provided should be do follow.
