Default .edu or high PR? which is better?
In your opinion, which place is better to have your backlink - ".edu" page with PR 3 or ".com" with PR7. Which is better for building position in google and high PR?

Google does not give any extra weight to .edu links so... don’t expect anything major out of it regardless of the PR! If the .com link with PR 7 is related to your website, it should help...
