Contact Form in Home page

Can I have contact form in my Homepage? Will that be logically correct?

There is no reason not to have a contact form on your homepage. I would keep the contact form in the sidebar or footer of the page so the principal content is still seen first and foremost, especially if you are concerned for SEO purposes.

I agree with Sbonline, side widget, or footer. My self I have a contact page that they can access, from the main navigation menu. A lot depends on what you are using the site for. IE blog, sales page, etc.

Actually it might help you from a user experience POV. The some of the websites I manage, we have a contact us form that kinda pops up on the side and people do use it.
