Here is the tip on how to optimize your website for its turbo-charge rocket travel up the search engine rankings.

Not anchor text. Do not overdo the anchor text. You don't want the entire inbound links looking the same, because that seems like automation - something Google frowns upon. Use your URL sometimes, your company name other times, Like "Home offers USA" occasionally, "Best Home offers" …some other times, etc.

yes, using too many anchor text also don't look good.

So if you use 3 or four anchor links then it would look good and from SE point of view it is also good.
