Adobe Dreamweaver in tandem with Adobe Photoshop is the best tag team of web development. However, when it comes to PHP offers Dream weaver is missing .It's still very easy to use once you learn how it works.

I build my sites in Dreamweaver after I design them in Photoshop. WordPress is also good because it saves alot of time spent designing and programming.

As all we know, dreamviewer is one of the best web-design software. It provide great functionality. it's easy to use. It also allow you to coding as well design by drag and drop a particular component. It's one of the most prefer web-design tools.

I've heard that artisteer is good for normal websites, and x-site-pro is good for marketing related websites.

Though i just find a template, edit it with bbedit (mac only) and add php code to it.

I use Komposer, it is a free download and lots of tutorials to get started.

I use Komposer. Takes a little to get to know how to use it but it's all about learning like everything else.
