Default PPC - Pay Per Click Advertising

I know, I know, this can be very expensive, but PPC can be the quickest way to get quality traffic to your sites. Just be careful and approach it with kid's gloves until you find campaigns which work for you - then scale them up. Microsoft Adcenter and Yahoo Marketing have now joined forces and I find this is producing good traffic for me. Google Adwords is probably better, but they are a real pain to work with and have become too expensive, at least for my keywords. But if you have the resources, don't rule out Adwords or any of the PPC programs.

Pay-per-click advertising can only succeed if you’re bidding on the right keywords. You need to know which keywords will bring you the best results. Unfortunately, the software you use to analyze your site’s traffic and conversions and the software you use to create PPC campaigns are often completely disconnected.

To get success in PPC, we need to better understand your business or services. Need to do more keyword analysis for finding out the low cost converting keywords. To avoid unnecessary traffic, use negative keywords. Before get into PPC find your targeted audience. In the adcopy, call to action should be good. This will bring business or customer to you.

You also need to remember that some networks will not offer as effective targeting as others. I use Ad Dynamo and it gives some great results

Thank You Friends for sharing your Views about PPC. I also want to share my views and Experience about PPC

Pay Per Click (PPC) is an internet advertising program used on search engines, blogs for which advertisers are paid on a click done by users.
There are many PPC Service Providers as Google Adwords, MSN Adcenter, Yahoo Search Marketing and Microsoft adCenter which are one of the largest network operators till date. Along with these major PPC campaign service providers Ask.com, Baidu, Looksmart, MIVA, NexTag, shopzilla, PriceGrabber, yandex also provide sponsored links or sponsored ads based on the keyword target with target country by advertiser.

Thank You.

PPC has a better conversion rate. It's true that PPC converts slightly higher than SEO in a keyword-to-keyword comparison. But 88% of the traffic comes from SEO and 12% from PPC

PPC is easier to customize. Search engines have more controls on what can and can't be included in a paid search ad. Best practices aside, an SEO can make a title tag say whatever they want.

If you have a great product that covers the PPC costs and still get profit, then it is a good idea to stick to PPC advertising.

You can also help avoid paying a ton of money for horribly traffic by using negative keywords effectively. If you are selling something you would probably want "free" to be in there.

I just started using them with a free credit from my hosting company. I'm getting a ton of clicks for pretty cheap, but my keywords are VERY specific. Just need to work on the landing page...
