Is this an assignment, or are you asking questions to create a product?

Ethics is a big issue, what about a syndicate of guru's promoting each others products regardless of the quality, or promoting products that don't exist yet in the real world.

This is something that is maybe not ethical but is still legal.

Also, is it ethical to use psychological triggers to make people buy?

Unethical issues such as fooling customers that the product pass the quality and quantity test. It is bad and illegal.

you are right, fooling customers is the number one unethical issue for me. Site spamming is also an unethical issue

If you want to make your product to be number one, dont compromise with quality, use resources effectively to get more quality and reliable product.
