If you are unable to register on the site, this is most likely due to your IP Address being banned - not necessarily by you but someone else who previously has used your current IP (unique address used to access the internet).

Usually disconnecting and reconnecting your connection by turning off your modem for 30 seconds then turning it back on again will get you a new IP and allow you to register on sites such as ours who use the stopforumspam.com list to stop spammers from filling our community with spam.

If your IP address is a static and never changes even after restarting (not dynamic), and you have spammed anyone complain to your ISP and ask them for a new IP address.

We are unable to process every single person manually who cannot sign up as this would end up taking a considerable amount of our time, sorry about that.
