I would format it for Kindle and use the KDP platform to publish in electronic format. You have the opportunity in the 'blurb' to say that all proceeds go to charity etc and you will reach a much wider audience.
Yes the price would have to be lower, but offset against the wider audience you are reaching you may find that you raise more money.
