Search the top 1million sites on alexa.com (they have one of the most-installed toolbars used today worldwide if you haven't heard of them)
There is pre-defined searches so you can just browse the top .com, .net or .org sites, then there is also a blog (blogspot/wordpress) search as well.
If you're a techie the searches are based on regular expressions (regex)
If you're not a techie, just type the word in you are looking for, it will allow wildcards using a *
It shows 500 results at a time, then you can click the next button each time for the next page of results.

This has been sitting on my hard disk for months now after i had coded it, i forgot all about it until today.
