Hi,

Can anyone tell me what is best practice when analyzing 'view this message online' in an email campaign. Should you consider it part of the open rate or click through rate.

In past email campaigns I have considered this to be open rate.

Frankly, most email based browser windows will not allow the HTML mail I have sent to be viewed properly.

However, I still have the ability to track clicks from the online version of the mailshot, so any clicks after this I would count as CTR.
