Well It depends were you are purchasing the list from. If your are just purchasing it online from like listdepot or something I would agree but if you are buying it from a company that have about a 300 million suppression list and cleans all there opt-in data that they receive from about 6,800 different co reg and co reg premium sites against the list then buying a list isn't so bad. Or another example If you say organic list are good, which they are I agree, if you buy an organic list from a partner company you work with is it not still an organic list from a trust source?

Hi,
I would be interested in lists, but using dedicated server, big domains get blacklisted in minutes.

If you could pm a good software, that will get through, your lists sound good.

Ok. say I bought the list,
How would I then be able to use them.
I use aweber, and they don't allow broadcast to non opt-in lists.

Please advise.

Michael,

It's just a plain bad idea and as you mention, any credible ESP is going to at the very least, insist the list be confirmed and that will result in two things:

1 - Most people won't confirm because they didn't opt-in to your list
2 - Your ESP may suspend your account if enough complaints are generated

It's your business and your choice, but before you make that choice, do some research -- it's important.
