Problem with email display in outlook?

Hey folks, first post around here and hoping to integrate into the community. This is my crack at a first problem and would love if anyone could provide some assistance.

I have coded out and tested an email via emailonacid, with great results and no issues through outlook 2K3/7/10, Yahoo, Gmail, etc.

However, when sending a test message of the email through iContact (my EMS) the test recipient is stating she is seeing a blank email in her outlook inbox UNTIL the message is forwarded to her yahoo, where it displays fine.

So I'm curious why my emailonacid tests are all coming up perfect while she is still running into display issues? Any feedback would be appreciated!

Hi Russel,

Have you tested this with other people? This sounds as if it could be a local issue with her PC. First step is to try and isolate it. I'd test it with a few other people with outlook.

Of course, if you used GetResponse, you'd have a free inbox preview tool included which tests your rendering in over 20+ clients and services - sorry, how could I resist?
