Need help troubleshooting image serving
I am running a 2M record e-mail marketing campaign with a 3rd party list house and having trouble tracking opens with images being hosted by my company. Test e-mails are correctly pulling images from our server, however, live pushes do not seem to capture image serving in our database.
We are seeing activity on landing pages off the e-mails, but are not tracking the opens from these hits.
Any reason why we would not be seeing images pulled from our servers, but see click activity on hosted landing pages?
