Large email list management.

Hi I have a very large email list 500,000 + increasing by 1500 a week that I need managed. The list is double opt-in, I would like to know how I can transfer this list to another provider and any services you guys would recommend to manage a list of this size.

Hi aamarx

Most good ESPs (Email Service Providers) will give you good list management and are normally very easy to transfer.

For example we (FrogEmail) can import your address list from csv or excel and will data cleanse and de dupe on the fly during upload. You can create customisable data fields and multiple address books.

Once your list(s) are in our system we auto manage unsubscribes and if required (double/single) opt-in subscriptions.

You can amend individual contact details either on screen or via re-import without the worry of duplicating the record.

You can optionally run your database against our GSL (Global Suppression List) to remove any know hard bounces etc.
