Dear,
Just Select particular groups you have created that you no longer need by checking the box next to the group's name. Click "Delete" or "Remove." Ensure that you move or copy particular individuals to the main address list if you do not have a copy of their email addresses in the main list already. If the group is no longer relevant to any project you are working on or will be working on, delete it completely.

Hi,

I would suggest you clean your email list based on how engaged your customers have been with your communications.

E.g. Through your analytics program you would need to identify users who have not engaged with your communications for a certain period of time i.e. the last 6 months and scrub them from your database. Alternatively you could try reactivating them through an incentivised email.

Either of this ways will edevour to find email addresses or users that are no longer active.

I Hope this helps.
Thanks
