Hi,
I would suggest you clean your email list based on how engaged your customers have been with your communications.
E.g. Through your analytics program you would need to identify users who have not engaged with your communications for a certain period of time i.e. the last 6 months and scrub them from your database. Alternatively you could try reactivating them through an incentivised email.
Either of this ways will edevour to find email addresses or users that are no longer active.
I Hope this helps.
Thanks
