Default Email Spam

Email Spam known as unsolicited bulk Email, junk mail, or unsolicited commercial email, is the practice of sending unwanted e-mail messages, frequently with commercial content, in large quantities to an indiscriminate set of recipients.

An electronic message (email spam) is "spam", if following occurred:

1. the recipient's personal identity and context are irrelevant because the message is equally applicable to many other potential recipients;
2. the recipient has not verifiably granted deliberate, explicit, and still-revocable permission for it to be sent;
3. the transmission and reception of the message appears to the recipient to give a is proportionate benefit to the sender.

I hate email spam, i believe if we do not stop it, email spam will become "the killer" of email marketing.

Please give your suggestion to stop email spamming, to ensure healthy development of email marketing.

1. Send the HTML version first. This is very important. HTML is a vital Internet language and therefore it should be your first priority.

2. Modify some of the content and try to add some extra value on the second post. This can be some new posts you want to advertise or a special offer that you have not put into the first copy.

3. Alter the time when you send the second post. If you have mailed the first one in the morning, then try to send the second one later in the day. This is because some sophisticated spam filters tighten up at different times of the day that spam loads are the greatest.

Test out some of these strategies for beating spam filters. If done properly, you will notice that it can actually bring good results to your business.Check out a very objective review of bulk email mailer.

Make sure you build up your own email marketing list. Do this through your website, promotions, or collect email addresses by auto-responders. Make sure you don't purchase your list or spam.

Email marketing was one of the hot shot marketing tools used by companies in the earlier and mid 2005. Its still a best tool for generating Online traffic and leads for your business, if you can follow all the rules and regulations that government has come up with as per the Can Spam act:

1. Do not send marketing emails without correct address and contact details.
2. Use a company email address.
3. Use a proper Message Subject line.
4. Use the content that is completely relevant to the Subject line.
5. Use an unsubscribe link in the email.
