Default Email Marketing, don't look like a spammer.

It can be one of the cheapest forms of marketing but Email Marketing unfortunately comes along with doubts by consumers who may think they are being spammed.

If you don't want to be seen as a spammer by customer. Here are some tips on Email Marketing that will help you market your business successfully!!
  • Ensure that people on your mailing lists have volunteered to receive mails from you.
  • Always include company name in the from section.
  • Customers must get to know that whatever information they are providing will not be let out or used for other purposes.
  • While volunteering, they should be made aware that they can choose to get themselves removed from the mailing lists. This is an essential part of law pertaining to spam.
  • The content that you are sending out must be apt, concise and conform to the needs of the customers so that it generates enough interest to be opened.
  • Do not overload by sending out emails on a daily basis. You can restrict yourself to sending mails on a weekly basis instead.
  • You need to give the options of both HTML and text.

Don't use words and phrases like "make money"
Always use double optins
Always put an address in the emails (doesn't have to be yours)

Yes, you are right! You can as well ask your new subscribers to add you to their list of safe senders on the sign-up thank you page. Keep the opt-in process quick and simple – only collect the profiling attributes that are most important to your business.

Default Email Marketing, don't look like a spammer

In Email Marketing its better if it has a very strong subject line that would make receivers interesting to it. Moreover its very natural if your email to the clients get spammed and the worst thing is they deleted it without taking a look at it. Make sure your mail didn't contain like gambling, fake offers or pyramiding because its not good to see at. Assure that the email you send to the clients is your good purpose.
