Comparing Email lists

I have two large email lists, those I want to send next campaign to, and a list of previous campaigns that want "removed" from my list.

I need to run a compare of the two lists and end up with one list for the next campaign that does not include anyone who wanted to be removed.

My campaign list is about 500,000 and my remove is about 20,000.

Can someone recommend a program or website that can handle that?

Yes a simple solution is just to copy and paste them in excel and then remove duplicates
