I am new article writer, i am writing article regarding health and fitness. I want to know that what is best place to submit such kind of article?

Are you looking for your article to get syndicated? If so have a look at ezine articles.com. I have to tell you though read their guidlines before you sign up. They are very strict as far as what they accept. Plus they take a long time to approve articles. There are many article directories out there ie: articlesbase, goarticles ect,, also make sure you do good keyword research find out what keywords people are searching for. You will get better placement in the search engine rankings..

Well there are many thousands of directories are there but only few are good to post article, choose websites like ezine its good for your web presence.

Many article submission sites require a person who wishes to register its articles to join the group which then sends automatic digests, if you select that option, or individually and I have an e-mail address that you set up specifically to receive these articles so that they will not be clutter in my email everyday.
