This is some of the funniest stuff I have read in a long time.

Article marketing requires skills and is not that time consuming. Course if you are posting on those hundreds of useless article directories like ezine articles you are wasting a great deal of time.

Posting on ad free and properly seo'd sites that are built exactly how Google specifies does not take all that much time. Creating "proper" articles that have proper keyword research, semantics, related words, proper spelling and grammar does not take that much time.

Its all about using the proper skills to do something the proper way and stop looking for short cuts.

Article marketing still works. But now because of the google panda updates google is looking for good quality content. Spun content that is garbage is out. Think about it if you needed to solve a problem fast and you did a google search what would you want to read? Spun content or a good quality article that is imformative that solves your problem?

Article marketing can be happen only if you have a very good writing skills,beyond all that your content should be unique always.

I was never a big fan of spun articles, they are just not as effective as unique articles.

Article marketing does work but you have to do good keyword research and you have to be consistant with it.. It takes time to see results though.. If you have the money spend it outsorcing your articles or pay for traffic to your sites.

Article marketing can be successful you just need to get your articles posting in the right place. I used to use article directories for submissions, but I just wasn't getting the traffic I wanted so I thought about it a bit, and came up with this plan.

I now look to just niche related sites and ezines (online magazines) to submit my articles to. First of all any traffic you drive from these articles is very targeted, and secondly you can build a better reputation to the users you want to focus on instead of a broad range of users articles directories provide.

When it comes to publishing with an ezine it is great. They will send your article, if good enough, out the their list, which is usually pretty big, getting huge exposure to your article and your link. Ezines can be tough to get approved, but if you build a relationship with the owner it becomes much easier. Persistence is key when submitting to ezines. Give it try why not.

I use Magic submitter and did a test run, out of 220 submissions only 5-10 of them stay indexed because of duplicate content penalty. So is it worth it?

Somehow, but not very powerfull...

I have had success from article marketing.

I recommend that you either write your own or have somebody with knowledge on the subject write the articles. That way you can guarantee quality.

Then you want to reference your articles in your blogs or on your website. Build links back to the article to optimize it. Then is will become super popular and rank highly in the search engines. That is also why it is important to put out only quality articles. Something worth linking and that others will link or share.
