Google is always looking for best ways to improve search result page and I think Google Panda Update has done it quite well. Now high quality matters, and they are ranked. Bad one go down.

Content is not only thing to be concerned about. Number of backlinks also matters. Google algorithm has changed in recent times and yes we just have to wait and see to figure this out.

None of my sites was effected by Panda. Here is the amazing thing, Google has stated on their very own blog what they want (you need to read between the lines). Many though want to throw up a site and have massive ads all around.

Ezine articles for instance is the worst article directory because it is "impossible" to get any lik juice from them. There are far too many ads and far too many links on the article pages. Ezine articles has 1.8 million keywords in Google before the panda and now they have less than 400,000.

I stopped submitting to these low quality poorly designed adsense farms years ago. I no longer submit my articles to any article directory that has adsense or does not allow me to add links in the body of the article.

Panda has punished two of sites. They are gone from Google index. These sites had bad quality articles.. now I know. You don't mess around with content.

Panda is getting more aggressive this year so I have heard. I think Google is going to punish links like profile links too.

Write good articles and make sure they are unique, then you don't have to worry about Panda.

Do you guys hire any writers? Is it good idea to hire writers who is not native but have good English writing skills?

Panda looks for badly written articles which are merely written for links. I ask how they know, but they know. They are smart and they know.
