All articles, or anything you write, has a meaning in life, a reason for existence, and it’s your job to define that before doing anything. If you want to write good articles, then it’s important that you understand the significance of setting goals. If you decide to write just one article a day, then that is great and don’t let up on that goal – write one article per day. The reason you need not only goals but a plan for writing, and business, is it provides a destination; a place you want to go and arrive at one day. Goals can completely transform your life if you allow them because as you achieve them you will make new ones, and so on. Your productivity as a writer can only increase when you have everything laid out straight in your mind.
Always proof-read your articles and make sure the writing is smooth and flows easily. Proof-read your articles and don’t be afraid to revise them; you don’t want your articles to be unique because of mistakes that stick out like a sore thumb. Avoid going over the top with the hopes of writing an interesting article. Also, on the other hand there are articles that do have good content, but the read isn’t smooth, or it is not organized well, etc. If you accomplish those things, then your articles stand a better chance of leading to a conversion.
Proof-reading followed by necessary revisions is a critical must-do stage of any writing that you do. If you allow yourself to skip this step, then you just never know what kind of mistake you could allow others to read – could embarrass you in the end. All writers make mistakes when they’re trying to get things done, and if you let that go then people will get a different kind of impression from you. You may end-up having to recoup part of your reputation, and that is always harder to do than establishing a good reputation. Have several people read your articles and give you feedback if you have to. It always helps anyone to have a fresh mind and set of eyes on what we write.
