Some easy ways to get traffic to your blog would be a regular positing on it. You can also comment on other blogs in your place and leave a link in the comment. You might also consider putting your link in your email signature and use it when you send one you send it to. Traditional businesses do this kind of marketing with their cards, but you can put together a business card with your link on it as well.
