When choosing an article for your website, make sure the length is optimal for
SEO purposes. Articles that are between 200 words and 500 words fit into this category. Even if
SEO is not the main reason for writing your article, it’s still a good idea to keep it to this length. Your readers are unlikely to finish your page if it's any longer.
This could have the affect of them having only half of the information you required them to cover. They could then leave with the feeling that your site is too long-winded. Most Internet readers do not read a website page as they would a book, so the shorter the better. A good idea is to splitting one Article into 4 or 5 pages.
If you use headings in a way the reader can select which headings they want to read. This allows your readers to decide if they want to continue reading. If they don’t, they would still have gained the information they required.
