I have been following some Videoblogs, and some I found really effective.
I have noticed that if the Vblog is used for demonstration or for documentation ( to visually see everyday progress) then it is a powerful add on, or a tool than a usual blog.
I followed a person's blog to see how effective her strategy is for weight loss is, and I think its more relevant and effective to see how much she lost and how she looks now..rather than just reading a progress report in her blog.
