(1) Post on webmaster forums and article forums, that allow you to sell. (I made over $60 of just one forum).
(2) Try selling on ebay
(3) Try selling on google classified
(4) Place an advert on your website or blog if you have a one.
(5) Place an advert in the Free classified advert.
(6) Also try directories, advertising on article websites and email campaigns.
