I have been using [removed] for over 5-years and their sister company CitiPak.info for all local zip-code related email marketing. They do what they say and that means alot in email marketing. You can use your own lists or use theirs and I have found their lists are actually better than mine because they sign up their lists at home shows, trade shows, conventions and do not use any online registration. That's pretty unique and it is working well for me. Try them; they aren't expensive either
