Hi there, i was thinking about starting up my own web design site from home with a friend of mine, we are both digital artists and have the know how and so on, but my question is how do i advertise to get clients online and make my web page visible to anyone seeking this service?

There are a lot of designers out there im just wondering how the competition will be and is it a viable business to go into right now?
